Service Description
Minimum of 4 hours. A flexible, open-concept event space designed for gatherings of many kinds, from intimate conversations to high-energy experiences. This space works well for standing-style events of up to 125 guests and can also accommodate seated, tabled gatherings for approximately 50 to 75 guests. It is a multi-use environment ideal for celebrations, mixers, workshops, pop-ups, launches, and special events.


















Cancellation Policy
By booking JEM Studio, clients agree to the following policies designed to protect the space, ensure clarity, and maintain a professional experience for all guests. Booking terms vary based on the type of reservation. Some bookings may require a deposit, while others may require full payment upfront. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at booking. Reservations are not confirmed until required payments are received. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date may be eligible for a refund based on the terms of the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable. In some cases, a one-time reschedule may be offered based on availability and at the discretion of JEM Studio. All bookings must include setup and breakdown within the reserved time. Clients are expected to remove all personal items, décor, and materials at the end of their booking and leave the space in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning, overtime, or failure to reset the space may result in additional fees. Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and attendees associated with their booking. Smoking, vaping, illegal activity, and unsafe or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. JEM Studio reserves the right to end any booking without refund if these policies are violated. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or fixtures caused during the booking, including damage caused by guests or vendors. Any repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the client. All events must be conducted with respect for the surrounding environment. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in restrictions or early termination of the booking. If alcohol will be present, it must be disclosed in advance. Clients may provide their own alcohol, but all pouring and service must be handled by a bartender provided through JEM Studio. A $250 bartender service fee will apply. For events with underage guests, wristbands or ticketing must be used to identify those not permitted to consume alcohol. Failure to disclose alcohol in advance will result in a $500 non-disclosure fee. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
